The regular price for this service will go up to $1,000 on September 4th. You must be getting married between now and December 31st 2010 and be ready with a deposit of 50%. Wedding day coordination services include the following:
1. Exclusive Access to the Associate Event Planner– The Event Planner will be available to the Client by phone and email within the company’s business hours (Monday- Friday 10am-8pm, Saturday 10am-2pm) excluding holidays and the event days of other clients, to respond to any concerns and questions the Client may have and advise in regard to the planning of the Project.
2. Dedicated Consultation Time- 2 pre-scheduled, one on one 60 minute phone calls with the Event Planner to review the Project.
3. Vendor Coordination- Coordination with currently booked vendors and communication of details. Confirmation of all vendor details prior to the wedding
4. Access to Firefly Occasions’ Proprietary Templates and Spreadsheets- “It’s All In The Details Worksheet,” 10 Templates To Make Thanking Easy
5. Attendance at the Client’s pre-wedding meeting with their venue- Attendance by the Event Planner at the pre-wedding meeting with the Client’s venue to review final details
6. Wedding Day Itinerary- A complete wedding day itinerary will be provided for the Client and reviewed with all their vendors and their venue. Copies will also be provided to the bridal party, MC, parents, etc.
Your Wedding Day Coordination includes:
1. Attendance at the Client’s rehearsal – up to 2 hours.
2. General Wedding Setup – The Event Planner will set up all your place cards, favors, guest sign-in table and ensure décor is properly arranged.
3. Wedding day coordination – The Event Planner and an assistant will be available to the Client the entire day of the Client’s wedding and will stay up to the Client’s first dance or 9:30pm whichever comes first. Should the Client feel more comfortable with the Wedding Planner staying throughout the celebration, this option is available as well for an additional fee.
